As HR Performance Manager, you are responsible for monitoring, controlling and optimising marketing and recruiting campaigns and take on the strategic and operational responsibility for our career side taking into account a 360° personal marketing user journey.

Further development of in-house software for automated HR performance marketing and rollout planning for the internationalisation of this Development and development of technical, international developments of our career website including national requirements (e.g. Job Search, Job Alert, Social Wall, etc.) Conception and implementation of campaign-bound landing pages and microsites as well as implementation and control of SEO measures Creation of Campaign Reportings as well as Key Figure Reports based on popular marketing KPIs Cooperation and control of external agencies and internal interdisciplinary project work

Multiannual professional experience in digital personal marketing, recruiting or employer branding, optimally in an agency Funded knowledge in online and performance marketing Experience in content planning and conversion, conversion and user journey optimization as well as further development of career sites Very good knowledge of the current Business and Advertising Manager (Meta, LinkedIn, Snapchat, TikTok, Google Ads, Google Display 360, etc.) Completed studies like to focus on staff, as an alternative training with corresponding training
