Process expert Microbiology & Hygiene (w/m/d) Company: B. Braun Avitum Saxonia GmbH Location: Radeberg, Saxony, Germany Functional area: Quality Working model: On site Requirement number: 8215 Within the B. Braun Avitum Saxonia GmbH, we are looking for a process expert microbiology & hygiene (w/m/d) in the area of Quality at our site in Dresden with the plants Berggusshübel, Radeberg and Wilsdruff.

The main activity is cleaning and disinfection and includes the following tasks: Optimization of hygiene requirements according to ISO 13485, GMP (in particular cleanroom class ISO 8 / GMP D & GMP C) and other relevant standards and guidelines Creation, testing and optimization of hygiene, cleaning and disinfection concepts for production areas and plants Implementation and documentation of cleaning and disinfection validations (e.g. according to EN ISO 15883, EN 13697, EN 13727) Further development of hygiene staff

Completed scientific or technical studies, ideally in the field of microbiology, biotechnology or pharmaceutical technology, or comparable degree, as well as multiannual professional experience in the field of hygiene in the medical devices or pharmaceutical industry Knowledge of the application and validation of cleaning and disinfection processes Experience with microbiological tests and hygiene monitoring Safe handling of relevant regulatory requirements and experience in the creation and maintenance of SOPs and validation documents Very good German knowledge (C1) in word and writing Personal competencies You are an expert in your workspace with cross-process thinking and the ability to find solutions You have a structured and analytical method with high transfer capacity Completed scientific or technical studies or comparable degree as well as several years of professional experience in the field of hygiene in the medical devices or pharmaceutical industry
