As an engineer/ingenieur, in the function of a construction manager/industry manager, the following main tasks are: Planning of “Simplified Construction Measures” and Construction Projects (Construction Projects only on Individual Grant) according to RBBau Participation in property and construction meetings; Construction requirements documentation commissioning of construction measures and construction projects at the construction administration or external service providers Control of construction measures and construction projects (construction projects only on individual assignment) Determination of planning and construction costs Perception of the owner interests and the client function Consultation as part of the owner's function with regard to the costs of later operation Implementation of state-of-the-art and assessments with the software application AiBATROS®
