In your role as a working student:in project assistance communication & data management (m/w/d) at Minden, you can make your personal contribution to our goals with us.

As a working student:in project assistance communication & data management, you actively support us in the area of central infrastructure, security & service management with the following tasks: Data management: Support for the collection, consolidation and processing of project data to ensure current and usable information Presentations & Polls: Creation of presentations and surveys with Microsoft Forms as well as preparation of content in clear and addressable form Internal communication: maintaining internal communication channels (e.g. Microsoft teams or the internal forum) and ensuring a smooth flow of information within the team Content creation: creation of content for internal channels (e.g. articles or blog posts) as well as communication of complex topics in understandable and accessible form Team organisation: Support in the planning and implementation of team meetings, workshops and events to promote a structured and productive work environment

You are registered:r Student:in an economic or IT-related degree course (e.g. Business Administration, Business Informatics, etc.). Analytical thinking & structuring ability: You can quickly capture complex facts, logically prepare and clearly formulate them. Own responsibility & organisational skills: You prioritize your tasks independently, keep an overview and perform your work conscientiously. Communication strength & team spirit: You are contactful, go open to various contacts: inside and enjoy working in the team.
