Human Resources Administrator – Payroll/HR Services (m/f/d)

Preparation of monthly pay bills for a defined group of employees in compliance with statutory, collective and operational regulations master data and time management services in the SAP system (entrances, exits, contract changes, mistakes, surcharges etc.) Processing of reporting and certification (e.g. social security, pay tax, sickness insurance, public authorities) Creation of evaluations using modern reporting tools Contact person for employees and executives in all accounting questions Management of personal files and ensuring data quality and compliance (GDPR, internal guidelines) Support for annual work, such as the creation of wage certificates, SV annual reports and certificates Working with HR projects and process optimization in the area of payroll, time management and HR administration Contact with authorities, health insurance companies or Social security institutions Partial processing of travel cost accounting

Successfully completed commercial training, if necessary, with further training to the personnel consultant (m/w/d) – or similar qualification Multiannual professional experience in pay billing and a thorough understanding of relevant payroll processes Beneficiary knowledge of labour, tax and social security law and collective bargaining law (IG-Metal) Good user knowledge in SAP HCM and safe handling with Microsoft Excel Analytical thinking, process understanding and joy in digital solutions, numbers and administrative HR processes Good knowledge of English in word and writing are advantageous Careful and structured operation A pronounced service orientation, absolute discretion and team skills complete your profile
