Numbers don't tell stories. Unless someone can read them. If financial data becomes viable strategies and finance concepts enable real decisions, Corporate Finance begins. You are working on this – together with companies and municipalities in projects with direct influence. Developing: Together with our customers, you develop financing solutions for companies and international corporations and support their implementation.

Analyze: You evaluate debt capacities, perform rating and scenario analyses and derive sound financial recommendations.

Model: You create integrated financial models and analyze different financial-strategic scenarios as a basis for sound decisions.

Accompanying: You support financing transactions, work closely with banks, legal advice and other project participants and contribute to a successful project development.

Designs: You participate in the development of intercompany financing structures and intra-group financing concepts.

Advise: Together with your team, you support our customers in demanding financial questions.

Professional experience: experience in corporate finance, ideally in a consultancy, bank or treasury of a company Financial competence: experience in the development of financing concepts for international corporations and in the implementation of rating and scenario analyses Studies: successfully completed studies of the business economy, economic law or a comparable discipline Analysis competency: very good knowledge in Excel as well as ideal experience in financial modeling Project Practice: Experience in cooperation with projects and in cooperation with customers, banks, legal advice and other stakeholders

Knowledge about intercompany financing structures is a plus

Language knowledge: German knowledge (C1) and good English knowledge (B2) in word and writing Your personality Analytical thinking: complex relationships you recognize quickly and think structured.

Own Responsibility: Tasks can be carried forward reliably and with a view to the whole.

Whether in the office, at the customer’s premises or mobile from Germany and Austria: you work flexibly and tailored to the requirements of the project and the team’s cooperation. A part-time model with 80% is also possible for this role. Work in Austria or Germany We are looking for suitable candidates in Germany and Austria. In Austria, the following conditions apply: For applicants from Austria, the annual gross salary starts at EUR 49,000 plus a performance-dependent annual bonus. Depending on the experience and qualification, you get an individual offer. There are 38.5 hours per week and 14 salaries per year.

The collective agreement provides for this position in the 2nd. A minimum annual salary of 42.369.60 Euro gross.
