Deputy Store Manager (m|f|d)

You are present on the sales area of our traditional delicacies shop and control situational and proactive according to the customer frequency. You actively sell and are contact person* in case of complaints and complaints on the area. You are responsible for the personnel development and qualification of employees in the shop together with the HR department by developing, implementing and accompanying training measures for sales, expertise and assortment presentation. You recognize and promote talents, shape individual development paths in close coordination with charging and HR and actively support the personnel selection process as well as the onboarding of new employees. The planning and organisation of internal training, workshops and other learning formats together with HR is also part of your activities. In addition, you will specifically qualify employees, in particular with regard to future requirements. You strengthen the team spirit, promote cross-departmental cooperation and increase the identification of employees with the central product groups of the shop. You bear the technical and organizational responsibility for three to four defined areas and take over the leadership of this area in the absence of the management. You ensure a high level of consulting quality, contribute to the further development of the range in your areas and ensure compliance with the standards in the product presentation. You actively participate in the planning and implementation of actions and events.

You have a completed commercial training in the retail trade or a comparable qualification, ideally complemented by a further training in the field of leadership, personnel development or trade management. You have proven to bring comprehensive professional experience in high-end retailing in a responsible role with long-term leadership shares or as a representation of an area or Loading line. You have profound experience in the management, development and qualification of employees and understand how to identify talents, promote them in a targeted manner and develop teams in a sustainable manner. You are characterized by a high customer orientation, strong consulting skills and a secure feel for high-quality assortments as well as attractive product presentation. You work in a structured and organizational manner, bring experience in optimizing processes and always act in a solution-oriented and entrepreneurial manner. You convince by communication strength, team spirit and a binding occurrence and create motivation for employees, networking across areas and promoting a positive team culture.
