Design the future of the real estate industry with us! As an IT consultant in the area of Digital Real Estate, you are significantly involved in the digital transformation of real estate. Together with an innovative team, you take over challenging consulting projects and accompany our customers through the entire digital journey – from conception to implementation in the planning and operating phase. Analysis of existing IT landscapes and active participation of the digital transformation Modeling of business processes as well as controlling, controlling and managing requirements (requirement management) Implementation of tenders for the qualified procurement of software solutions taking into account a profitable and sustainable real estate/portfolio operation Conception, implementation and optimization of software solutions Consulting and support for projects on topics such as CAFM, CAD, BIM and data models Takeover of the “translation role” between IT and specialist departments to ensure smooth cooperation
