Specialist Outsourcing Management / Outsourcing Manager (m/f/d)

As a specialist for outsourcing management, you are a member of the central outsourcing management of the bank. In this role, you are responsible for the supervisory implementation and further development of outsourcing management as well as corresponding control and monitoring processes. To this end, you will look forward to compliance with the regulatory regulations and requirements for service remuneration – in particular outsourcing – and advise the decentralized departments in this respect. You carry out out out outsourcing checks, risk analyses and risk assessments in cooperation with the decentralized departments and are responsible for the central outsourcing register as well as the reports to the supervisory authorities. You create the board reporting and represent the outsourcing management in projects and in the relevant bodies.

You bring a successfully completed study of the business economy or the law or a comparable qualification. You have already gained relevant professional experience in the central outsourcing or provider management of a financial institution. We require knowledge of the relevant regulatory frameworks (MaRisk, BAIT, EBA guidelines) and bank-related processes. You are familiar with the risk management and control activities of a central outsourcing management of a bank. Ideally, you also bring knowledge in contract management. Cross-departmental cooperation with colleagues will give you pleasure. In addition to an independent, systematic and targeted way of working, you are particularly distinguished by a risk- and process-oriented way of thinking. Very good knowledge of German and English complete your profile.
