The construction project company Ludwigshafen mbH (BPG) was founded by the city of Ludwigshafen in 2020 and has since become a building contractor's representative a central role in the implementation of urban infrastructure projects in civil and civil engineering. About 50 employees work with us to develop the city in a sustainable manner – in an environment that promotes responsibility, estimates self-initiative and supports continuous development. Our projects are all close to our office. This ensures short distances, facilitates the vote and allows to be regularly on site – a welcome change to the everyday office. In addition, we are technically supporting the construction and renovation of the Rhine bridges.

Just do it - come to us As a civil engineer, you accompany new, remodeling and renovation projects from planning to commissioning. You control the projects technically, keep costs, dates and quality in mind and coordinate the cooperation of all project participants. The position is aimed at experienced civil engineers who want to bring their know-how from planning and construction management into a responsible building function and to independently control demanding construction projects. Perception of the building function for construction and infrastructure projects Integrated control of new, remodeling and refurbishment projects over all phases of the project Ensuring cost, appointment and quality objectives Coordination and control of planning offices, specialist planners and exporting companies Examination of planning, technical concepts and tender and award documents Management of planning, coordination and construction meetings Monitoring the construction design and monitoring of acceptances and warranty processes Participation in risk, contract and follow-up management Creation of reports and decision templates and ensuring compliance with legal and technical requirements Ensuring compliance with legal requirements, technical regulations and administrative requirements

Completed studies in civil engineering (Bachelor, Master, Diploma) or a comparable qualification Multiannual experience in the planning, control or realization of building and infrastructure projects Knowledge of HOAI, VOB and relevant technical regulations Experience in dealing with planning offices, specialist planners and exporting companies routine in cost, appointment and follow-up management Structured and solution-oriented working with a high sense of responsibility Communication strength, enforcement and team spirit Safe handling of digital work and project management tools Willingness to accompany projects regularly on site Excellent German knowledge at native language level
