BWI's 'Center of Excellence Customer Enablement' bundles skills in the areas of change management, communication and training and training management that our customer needs in IT projects. As part of the IT system house of the Bundeswehr, we work for and together with our military customer. In the ''Change & Communications'' consulting field, we advise and accompany our customers in the introduction of new IT systems. The conception and implementation of communication and change measures are a key success factor. Successfully completed studies with content related to change management Mind. 4 years of relevant professional experience in consulting with a focus on change management in digital transformation and internal/external communication Founded project and practice experiences in consulting the Bundeswehr as well as in change management methods, e.g. according to ADKAR ® The ability to conceptualize, moderate and manage events and workshops in a winning way with groups Experience in agile project management Very good communication and presentation skills as well as a safer and professional appearance, especially to our customer Bw Structured, analytical and conscientious operation Embossed customer and team orientation, high sense of responsibility Good MS Office knowledge High communication and social competence Willingness to travel activities (national)
