Examination of the contractual warranty claims of the national/international contracting entities Coordination of measures relating to replacement parts procurement Group control and tracking across the entire process from the customer to the subcontractor Development of opinions on recognition or Rejection of warranty claims Assessment of the contractual and delivery conditions of subcontractors Negotiations with customers/suppliers about claims in disputed warranties

a completed commercial vocational training, an economic study or a comparable qualification many years of experience in the areas of warranty and project management and order processing good knowledge of ERP systems, especially SAP, CAQ and Babtec very good knowledge of German and good English in word and writing
