You cooperate in all stages of the offer processing and support in the costing phase. You pick up offers and evaluate them, including the creation of the price level. You prepare contract and award negotiations together with the technical project manager and participate in the award decision. You create proposals for awards and are responsible for the formal conclusion of delivery and contractor and planning contracts. You implement the project team's appointment and budget targets. You can also design shopping strategies and implement them . You conclude framework agreements to use meaningful synergy effects for all construction logistics projects nationwide. You are a competent contact person during the order design and the follow-up management. You document in the company-wide IT system from the creation of the bidding circles to the order allocation. You are responsible for carrying out purchase-relevant activities within the framework of our projects, from start-up to final discussion.

You have a completed commercial training in industry, a technical or comparable training or a study in the field of business / engineering. You bring at least 3 years of shopping experience, ideally in the construction industry(experience in construction logistics desirable). You have a safe occurrence, negotiation skills and entrepreneurial, cost-conscious thinking combined with healthy enforcement. Your handling of MS-Office is safe, knowledge of RIB iTWO are desirable – alternatively, you can quickly work into new systems. Knowledge of VOB and HOAI are of advantage, but no prerequisite. Social competence, team skills and reliability as well as an independent, committed and careful way of working complete your profile.
