Your task is to promote, maintain, support and, where necessary, provide care for the residents in all areas of daily life. Your tasks Support and support of internal customers with particularly challenging behaviour in a small group in the social-therapeutic housing group Accompanying internal customers in everyday life and supporting everyday management Implementation of group and single-therapeutic activities Supporting internal customers in the development of life competencies and self-employment Documentation of care processes and preparation of reports Cooperation with other professionals (e.g. therapists, social workers) Promoting positive social interactions and integration into community life

That draws you You have a state-recognized training as a nurse, social assistant, health care assistant, or an equivalent qualification with corresponding activity. Ideally, you have experiences in dealing with people with disabilities. You trade services and service-oriented, work structured, independent and are at the same time teamable.
