As a sales-oriented savings bank with a balance sheet total of around 2.5 billion. Euro, 15 branches and around 330 employees are market leaders in our business area, the Heidenheim district.

In order to support our real estate center, we are looking for a full or part-time

Senior Consultant (m/w/d) This is your field of action: You conduct construction finance consulting in the new and existing business including complex construction financing. You judge credit requests under risk points. You are responsible for the dismantling of funding from competitors. You create credit decisions and prepare credit application documents. (m/w/d) and public funding. You work closely with real estate consultants (m/w/d), market areas and market follow-up areas.

This is what distinguishes you: You have further qualified as a (bank) farmer (m/w/d) or have successfully completed an economic study. Ideally, you have first experience in the construction finance business and bring knowledge in the field of public housing promotion. You have a positive advisor personality with a high customer and sales orientation. You have a high IT affinity and are open to digitalization.
