Training: You provide the skills and knowledge defined in the training plan and ensure a safe, environmentally conscious learning environment - always in line with the Youth Employment Protection Act.

Assessment: You recognize potentials, promote talents and accompany our trainees through regular performance assessments as well as personal and professional support.

Teaching: Your ideas actively contribute to the design of training documents, take on internal teaching and work on training and placement plans.

Azubi win: You represent the Mainova at events (e.g. trade fairs, school visits etc.) and are involved as a member of the IHK exam committees.

Network: The topic of training is represented with conviction in fields and projects and maintains exchange with educational institutions.

Further development of training: You shape the future of training at Mainova through innovative technical and educational approaches and make us even more attractive as an employer.

A completed technical training, e.g. plant mechanics (S/H/K) or a comparable training, supplemented by a master or technician

Ideally, a training as a welding specialist as well as for training and training pedagogues (IHK) - can be provided in Mainova

Expertise in all topics related to pipe system technology and fluid technology, is also complemented by welding technology (WIG, MAG, autogen and e-welding)
