Successfully completed studies in the field of industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, production engineering, logistics or comparable discipline First experience in consulting or automotive industry with focus on operations, manufacturing or supply chain Knowledge of Operational Excellence, Lean Management and Digital Technologies and Interest in Production and Shopfloor Processes Ability to translate and sustainably implement operational challenges into strategic concepts Embossed independent, structured and analytical work with a view to business opportunities and pleasure in work in the team Very good knowledge of German and English as well as international readiness
