Consulting, design and implementation of Microsoft Cloud and Microsoft 365 solutions such as Exchange Online, SharePoint, Power Automate, Active Directory, EntraID and Intune as well as Hyper-V / Azure Stack HCI or Azure Local. Analysis of customer requirements as well as development of tailor-made solutions for modern work, infrastructure, security and compliance - in on-premises, hybrid or cloud environments. Implementation of workshops, transformation and migration projects as well as independent implementation of the developed concepts. Administration, operation and development of Microsoft 365 and cloud infrastructures including continuous evaluation of new technologies and updates. Support for sales in the presales, participation in offering creation and close cooperation with customer and project teams based on best practice concepts.

Complete technical training in the IT field or studies in computer science, business informatics or a related subject. Multiannual professional experience as a system engineer focusing on Microsoft 365, Azure, Exchange (Hybrid & Online) and Active Directory. Funded knowledge of Microsoft 365 Services including teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Power Platform and practical experience with Intune / Endpoint Management. Secure understanding of cloud security concepts such as Zero Trust, Identity Management and modern workplace and business process environments. Very good German and English skills as well as a strong team, communication and consulting skills with independent, solution-oriented working methods.
