Takeover of the complete commercial support of complex projects for clients in Germany and abroad – from the offer phase to the successful conclusion Own-sponsored creation of commercial offers to predominantly international customers and audit of contract drafts (LOI, NDA, MoU) Self-fulfilment of supply and contract negotiations with international and national contractors and subcontractors Commercial project controlling with responsibility for budget keeping, cost and time management, risk assessment and ensuring correct accounting Control of subcontractor and receivable management primarily in international projects Active participation of special projects to increase efficiency in commercial processes

Completed studies in the field of economic/legal sciences or a comparable discipline Multiannual professional experience in commercial project or contract management; ideal in the international environment Knowledge of (inter-)national contract law and the creation of complex offers Very good knowledge about ERP systems (SAP PS+SD) and MS Office German and English knowledge in word and writing (further foreign languages are advantageous) Standing for occasional missions
