P&C Junior Labor Law Expert (m/f/d)

The following activities can be carried out at Kiel, Hamburg, Emden or Bremen sites. Advising the P&C business partners in all individual work and business constitutional issues Examination of relevant legislation, case-law and collective legal regulations and support in ensuring the implementation of the TKMS Group companies Participation in the design, harmonisation and further development of the collective regulations in the TKMS group. Processing of questions of individual and collective labour law, monitoring of labour court proceedings and drawing up recommendations for action Labour law representation in negotiations with third parties (e.g. authorities, lawyers), in particular to resolve disagreements and/or legal disputes Preparation of negotiations with workers' representatives, especially in restructuring and organisational projects Constructive and trusting cooperation with works councils and bodies Support in the design and implementation of training/training of executives and P&C business partners on individual work and business constitutional issues Accompanying special projects and adjacent personal business topics (e.g. participation in due diligences, examination of risks arising from the labour law assessment of facts, drafting of solutions to avoid or reduce labour law risks) Participation in the conception and implementation of the People & Culture Governance for TKMS from a labour law perspective

Full jury with completed Examina and the focus of work law First relevant professional experience Good knowledge of labour law, consulting skills, organisational development, good sense of personal policy issues, experiences in trusted cooperation with co-determination bodies
