The ''Information Security Management'' department of our ''Corporate Security & Technical Assistance'' department focuses on the protection of data and IT systems. Our focus is on defining and reviewing security requirements, supporting a wide range of security-relevant IT systems, evaluating information security risks, coordinating penetration tests and treating security incidents.

As an Identity & Access Management Expert Audit (m/w/d), you shape the further development of the IAM framework of Allianz in Germany companies. You work in a strong team with other specialists: women from information security and training the organization on the subject of IAM. Together with the team, you will ensure compliance with the IAM requirements by checking and controlling the risk of digital identities and authorizations.

This is what we expect as an Identity & Access Management Expert Audit (m/w/d) Development and support of the IAM framework and coordination with other IAM functions and information security Advice and training of IAM engineers (including IAM Business Operations, Business Owners, Executives) on the requirements, responsibilities and processes Conducting audits on processes and controls including the follow-up of measures Accompanying internal and external supervisory audits incl. Ensuring the implementation of measures Conception of IAM governance processes and processes with the aim of continuous improvement Automation of internal processes and audits

This is what you bring with you as an Identity & Access Management Expert Audit (m/w/d) University degree in (economic) informatics, information security, natural sciences or multiannual practical experience in information security or revision Relevant professional experience in IAM, risk management, revision and governance (at least 3+ years) Certification such as CISA, CRISC, ISO/IEC 27001 (Lead) Auditor, CIA or similar Knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements (DORA, §8a IT-SiG) as well as best practices and standards (NIST, ISO 27001) as well as experience in assessing compliance risks Ideally technical understanding of attack scenarios and vulnerabilities High readiness, flexibility, durability and endurance Safe appearance and good communication and presentation capability Analytical skills, structured approach, and high reliability in time and quality Very good German and English skills in word and writing
