Detection of the operability of all relevant industrial plants Self-defence and troubleshooting of technical building equipment Responsible inspections, maintenance and testing of building equipment (e.g.: electrical / heating / air conditioning / ventilation / sanitation) Accompanying entrepreneurs in the object Ensuring technical fire protection such as safety lighting functional testing, fire protection doors Collection and monitoring of consumption values: monthly reading and documentation of counter readings (electricity, gas, water and heating systems) Digital documentation of the activities carried out via mobile devices (e.g. maintenance logs)

Electrical engineering / technical training e.g. as an electronic / electrician / electrical installer with 2 years professional experience readiness to carry out the simple safety review (Ü 1, § 10 SÜG NRW) High sense of responsibility and enforcement Customer-oriented, dedicated employees, for which team skills and reliability are of course Good German knowledge min. B2 certificate
