Do you share our conviction of a holistic systemic planning approach and a cross-sector perspective of the system integrator/architect? With enthusiasm and passion you will be able to get into an interdisciplinary planning team, which is occupied with its own specialist engineers and special professionals and is consistently using the most modern digital planning methods in practice. The Drees & Summer Digital Building is specialized in the modularization, system integration and digitization of individual building designs. For further expansion of our team, we are looking for an integration planner for the team management of modular planning in Karlsruhe, Stuttgart or Frankfurt. Guide and scaling a team in the field of modular planning, including coordination and disposition of resources, mentoring and development of team members Participation in the design of exciting building projects in the Pharmaceutical/Lifescience, Battery and Semiconductor Manufacturing industries Responsible development of building rasters, rules and integration details as a regulatory framework for all other design participants Create standardized, cross-structural design modules and type-based execution details in coordination with interdisciplinary planning teams Introducing your planning and integration experience across the project Interface function for internal building management during the tendering phase and implementation phase

Complete study of architecture, civil engineering, mechanical engineering, energy/supply technology or a comparable degree programme Multiannual professional experience in the planning processes of detail design (especially according to HOAI performance phase 5) Knowledge in Autodesk Revit and/or Vectorworks, Microstation, BIM or comparable software are desirable, an affinity for design and detail as well as for building technology are helpful Structured, independent and quality-conscious operation Joy in cooperation with interdisciplinary teams, coupled with a communicative way of working and willingness to take over leadership responsibility very good knowledge of German and English readiness for occasional, project-related travel within Germany
