Insolvency clerk - regular insolvency / winsolvenz (m/f/d)

You conduct autonomously smaller control insolvency procedures from the opening to the conclusion and document all steps carefully in winsolvenz. In close cooperation with the insolvency administrator, you proactively monitor all deadlines and dates to ensure a smooth process. You prepare the insolvency correspondence and create meaningful reports and directories for the competent insolvency court - with the exception of the insolvency table. As a central contact person, you maintain written and telephone communication with courts, creditors, debtors and authorities.

You ideally bring relevant experience to an insolvency administrator, whether in the private insovlenz or in the commercial insovlenz. You have a completed commercial training, a training as a lawyer and notary worker (m/w/d) or a study as an economic lawyer. You are safe in handling MS Office and have ideally already worked with insolvency software such as winsolvenz.p3 or LEXolution. Their mode of operation is independent, structured and precise. You convince with your communication strength. German language skills in word and writing complete your profile.
