Specialist for ventilation technology and fire protection (m/f/d)

You ensure a smooth project execution of our renovation, rebuilding and, above all, refurbishment measures with the integration of the current fire protection concepts in ventilation technology. Start-up of the technical infrastructure or building techniques of RLT systems also falls within your competence. You plan and control maintenance, modification and decommissioning work taking into account the applicable laws and guidelines. You independently create performance descriptions and lists with the California software and support professionally in bidding questions and the offer evaluation according to VOB/A§16. Also create pre-examination documents as well as documents according to the framework change order.

You have a degree in the field of supply technology or you can demonstrate comparable knowledge with a further education as a masterin (m/w/d) or technicianin (m/w/d) and multi-year professional experience with a focus on ventilation technology. You have practical experience with fire- and smoke-protection facilities at RLT plants and the implementation of fire-protection measures according to fire protection concept. You have knowledge according to DIN EN 16798-3, knowledge according to DIN 25496 are advantageous. You have knowledge of VOB and HOAI as well as the LüAR and MIndBauRL. Ideally, you are a specialist in hygiene activities according to VDI 6022 and a qualified person for checking fire safety flaps. You have the medical suitability for work under severe breathing protection (G26.3). You have German knowledge at least on C1 level and convince with a very good oral and written expressability.
