That's why we're looking for a (Senior) trainer (m/w/x) with passion for learning and teaching - for the rollout of our internal logistics product ALIX. Are you on it?

Rollout & Strategy: Take responsibility for the strategic design and rollout of our ALIX internal logistics product and develop a sustainable, targeted training concept Training materials: Create and develop training documents such as presentations, documentation and e-learnings - and ensure that all content on our global ALIX-SharePoint platform remains up-to-date and practical Concept development: Conduct independent demand analyses and develop tailor-made training formats for different target groups as part of the continuous development of our training strategy Training & refurbishment: Prepare trainings independently, carry them through and over the complete refurbishment. In addition, you are training internal coaches: inside (“Train the Trainers”) and ensure a consistently high training quality. Collaboration & Quality Assurance: Work closely with project teams, specialist departments and IT, conduct findings from product tests and operational operations and systematically integrate feedback on the continuous improvement of training content

Qualification: A completed economic study or a comparable background; logistical basic understanding is desirable, but not absolutely necessary Training competence: Multiannual experience in the independent design and implementation of training - in presence and digital, ideally in the technical or process-related environment Communication: Secure appearance, very good knowledge of German and English as well as the ability to convey complex content in a comprehensible, structured and practical way Tool knowledge: Versified handling of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) and sound knowledge in e-learning-author tools Flexibility & Mobility: Team-capable, analytical and high-speed - with readiness to travel, class B driving licence and experience in international cooperation
