Design and continuous development of the global LCL network based on sound network and performance analyses Optimization of global LCL Cost of Sales as well as ensuring efficient network operation Control and development of interlocking projects in close cooperation with our European Logistics (EL) Participation in implementing the global FCL Carrier Policy for own consolidation products in coordination with product and regional teams Creation and further development of global network reporting Provide strategic network requirements (Supply/Demand) to support global LCL alerts (RFQs) Analysis of customer potentials and identification of opportunities for further development of the existing and future LCL network

Complete studies in logistics, business management or comparable Multiannual professional experience in the field of sea freight, in the LCL/FCL product management Very good English skills in word and writing Knowledge of international carrier structures and experience in global tendering and procurement management Embossed analytical skills as well as safe handling of data, reports and KPIs Strong communication skills in international structures High self-initiative, strategy understanding and the ability to develop complex networks
