The most important thing in your job You conduct the department of non-risk credit business professionally and disciplinaryly and create a working environment characterised by trust, reliability, ownership and mutual appreciation. You actively shape the future of non-risk credit business. You will recognize technological developments at an early stage, assess their potential and use possibilities of digitalization, automation and artificial intelligence to make processes more efficient, more modern and sustainable. You ensure high quality in the credit business and ensure compliance with legal, regulatory and internal requirements. At the same time, you keep an eye on regulatory developments and understand them not only as a premise, but also as an impulse for the further development of our processes and structures. You are more competent and reliable partners for our market units and provide efficient support together with your team. With independent quality assurance, you also make an important contribution to minimizing production, operating and legal risks. You actively contribute your technical and strategic expertise, drive the further development of the area and significantly contribute to the implementation of our corporate strategy in the functional area.

This will bring you You have a successfully completed bank training and a further bank-specific qualification, for example to the bank business operator (m/w/d), or a comparable qualification. You bring well-founded knowledge and multi-year experience in the credit business and have a strong understanding of regulatory and legal requirements. You ideally already have leadership experience and understand how to promote employees, transfer responsibility and achieve ambitious goals together. Experienced professionals with strong leadership are also welcome. You act responsibly, make informed decisions and keep track of complex issues and challenging situations. You communicate clearly, bindingly and at eye level, promote constructive cooperation and understand change as an opportunity to develop existing structures. You are interested in technological developments and their potential for the credit business. Digitization, automation and the use of artificial intelligence means that you are able to develop and shape processes in a sustainable manner.
