Teaching staff – in the metal sector (m/f/d)

Your tasks

Analysis & Planning: One of our most important tasks is to analyse the individual learning requirements, the current level of learning, the motivation and the need for support in order to facilitate entry into the professional life of our participants. This derives targeted support measures as well as individual funding plans, continues and documents learning progresses transparently and digitally.

Additional education: The focus of your activity is on the planning, implementation and further development of support education. They convey theoretical content from the metal sector as well as general education topics in a practical, comprehensible and target group-oriented manner – in individual teaching as well as in small or group formats.

Team work & documentation: They work closely with the relevant reference persons, trainers, social teachers and other specialist services. Regular professional exchange and inter-collegial consultation are an integral part of the work.

Your profile

Qualification: They have a master title or a comparable degree and have already gained first professional experience in this field. In addition, you have knowledge in the fields of technology and material science and are interested in learning the PAL programming as well as the German sign language.

Engagement: They are characterized by a high degree of commitment, work independently and independently and bring both empathy and well-founded educational knowledge. This enables you to act successfully both in the team and in the work with young people.

Communication & development: They have a high degree of communication and consulting skills and, in their daily work with the participants, willingness to work on the further development of processes. In addition, you will show the willingness to continue and further training to continuously expand your professional and personal skills. In addition, you can present the currently applicable immunity certificate in accordance with § 20 Infection Protection Act.
