The special thing: you work exclusively in early and late services. This means for you: planning security without night readiness, combined with the dynamics of changing locations.

Your tasks with us:

• Assistance: They supported people with disabilities and/or mental illnesses in everyday life - from basic care to leisure.
• Relationship work: They quickly adapt to new clients *inside and teams and offer professional support.
• Crisis management: Thanks to your experience, you will also be able to rest, provide security and support colleagues on site in unforeseen situations.
• Documentation: You make sure that your colleagues are informed about the current state of assistance planning.

Take this with you:

• Qualification: You are a state-recognized educator in, curative nurse in or nursing (with two or three years of training) or have a comparable training, with professional experience in integration aid (SGB IX).
• Flexibility & Curiosity: You want different concepts and people. A new site is not a stress for you, but a chance.
