For our congresses & conferences we are looking for you – a dedicated personality with organizational talent and genuine passion for events. Start-up is now possible in full time.

You plan, organize and implement conferences, congresses and incentives with creativity and structure. Choose suitable hotels, locations and service providers and coordinate technical equipment and trade fair services. You take the travel management and care for smooth arrival and departure of all participants. You are responsible for the participant management from the invitation to the communication to the follow-up. You implement events professionally and treat them locally, virtually or as a hybrid event.

Complete training as an event businesswoman, hotel businesswoman or a study in event management or hotel industry At least 3 years of professional experience in the planning and implementation of events Structured and accurate work and organizational talent High level of sense of responsibility and self-sponsored, independent working Good communication skills, reliability and rapid understanding Teamability and ability to keep a cool head even in stressful situations Flexibility, joy in varied tasks and enthusiasm for events
