Disposition and control of international transport orders - from order acquisition to scheduled settlement Organisation and coordination of customer requests and shipments as well as creation and processing of transport orders Professional support and advice of our customers in day-to-day business as well as creation of offers and freight agreements Coordination and communication with carriers, customers and internal interfaces to ensure smooth transport processes Tracking of consignments, monitoring of dates and clarification of logistical and accounting matters in cooperation with the relevant departments

Closed commercial training, ideally in the field of forwarding, logistics or transport First professional experience in disposition or transport logistics and ideal knowledge of the European transport market Organizational talent and a structured, solution-oriented way of working - even if it becomes hectic once in the day business Communication strength and joy in customer contact as well as a secure and binding occurrence Good knowledge of English and safe handling of MS Office complete your profile
