Support in the introduction and further development of our goods management system (CSB) Working with the commissioning of new production areas and automation solutions Creation of training documents, work instructions and digital learning content Training and support of employees in the production environment Cooperation on Process Optimization, Digitalization and Continuous Improvement Projects (KVP) Analysis of processes and creation and evaluation of key figures (KPIs) Support for operational management in operational day-to-day business and in cross-sector projects

Successfully completed studies of food technology, food management, business management, economic engineering or a comparable degree programme Technical understanding and interest in production and process processes Safe handling of MS Office and ideally experience with ERP or commodity management systems Structured, independent and solution-oriented mode of operation Communication strength, enforcement capacity and team capacity Willingness to support project-related work in shift and weekend work
