Assistant management m/w/d IHRE

• They support management in administrative and organizational tasks.
• You conduct protocols and correspondence – by phone and in writing.
• You create presentations and evaluations.
• You are responsible for appointment coordination and monitoring as well as planning, organization and billing of meetings, travel etc. for the management.
• You are responsible for the organisational support of guests and business partners.

PROFIL

• You have a successfully completed, commercial training.
• You can already rely on professional experience in assistance and professional organization of an office.
• They bring very good knowledge of the MS Office package.
• SAP knowledge facilitates entry.
• You have a friendly and binding appearance.
• You see a structured and team-oriented way of working as a matter of course.
• They work conscientiously, independently and have a high degree of flexibility and willingness to use.
