As a team leader (w/m/d) logistics, you take responsibility for our global logistics organization. You lead a small team, drive strategic topics and are at the same time close to the operational challenges.
Leadership You take over the professional and disciplinary leadership of a logistics team and develop it professionally and personally. You create structure and cohesion, go to different levels of experience and actively live a value-adding leadership culture at eye level.
Global logistics strategy & control You are responsible for the further development and implementation of our global fulfillment and global reporting strategy. In close cooperation with your leadership, you take real ownership of strategic logistics topics and actively shape the future orientation of our global logistics.
Partner & 3PL Management You control our global network of fulfillment and 3PL service providers and develop it strategically. You are negotiating with existing partners, challenging their performance and responsible for the strategic sourcing of new service providers with a focus on the regions of the USA, Europe and APAC. Always with the aim of highest service quality while at the same time cost efficiency.
Data, KPIs & Controlling You define a central KPI dashboard, identify the five most critical indicators for controlling OpEx and cost effectiveness, and build an integrated logistics cost reporting including controlling. You work deeply into existing, sometimes very complex data structures, reduce manual data collection and drive automation and transparency in a sustainable way.
Process optimization & standards You analyze existing logistics processes, critically questioned structures and develop them with the team. In addition, you will create and finalise a global SOP list and ensure that processes are implemented internationally uniformly, scalable and efficiently.
Successfully completed studies in the field of logistics, supply chain or a comparable commercial qualification with corresponding further training Multiannual professional and ideally first leadership experience (e.g. 1-2 years) or clear leadership skills and motivation to take responsibility Embossed data affinity and very good Excel skills for analysis, preparation and interpretation of key figures Structured, hand-on mentality with pleasure in implementing things yourself Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing for daily communication in the national and international environment Standby, at least. 4 days a week to work on site.
