As a central contact person for labour law issues, you advise clients on solutions, both in individual and collective labour law matters, both nationally and internationally. Complex issues such as restructuring, changes in operations and collective bargaining are accompanied independently and always with a view to legal and entrepreneurial solutions. Negotiations with works councils and trade unions are just as important as the legal design of change processes and strategic options in the personnel sector. The participation in the further development of innovative counselling approaches in labour law as well as the close cooperation with interdisciplinary teams complete the diverse profile of activities.

Excellent legal qualification, ideally with doctoral degree or LL.M., as well as sound knowledge in individual and collective labour law At least two to three years of professional experience in the field of labour law, ideally with specialist attorneys' title or corresponding specialization, but no need Analytical and strategic thinking, combined with a deep understanding of economic relationships Communication strength and negotiation skills to advise clients at the highest level and successfully negotiate with works councils and trade unions Very good knowledge of German and English in order to serve national and international clients
