Structured organisational skills: You actively support the training team in the development, planning and implementation of internal and external educational opportunities and events. Strategic education planning: You contribute to the demand collection and the conceptual further development of our continuing and continuing training portfolio. You have completed administrative training or a comparable qualification. You bring experience in education management and know the requirements of modern learning and organization processes. You work safely with the common office programs and ideally also with SAP. You are team-oriented, service-conscious and support our educational establishment with a friendly, professional attitude. You know the interfaces between the educational center and the clinical area and can operate them safely. You organize your tasks independently, work flexibly and have a class B licence.
