Electronics technician / mechatronics technician (m/f/d)

Electrical engineering: You are responsible for the performance of an electrical power according to DIN VDE 0105-100 and 1000-10 in conjunction with DGUV Note 3. Check and wait: You check and maintain electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic control of our plants and ensure safe operation. Troubleshooting: You are analyzing and relieving pressures in the tank storage that occur independently in the short term and thus for a frictionless plant operation. Evaluate technical conditions: you create technical state reports, derive the repair requirements from them and take care of the required material procurement. Projects and restructures accompany: you support technological projects and redevelopment measures from planning to implementation and support specialist firms in further work. Work permit certificates: You first and check work permit certificates (e.g. for work in hazard areas) and make sure that all safety-related requirements are complied with. Optimize systems: You actively participate in minimizing machine and plant standstills, and adapts production systems technologically to optimize procedures. Documentation: You are the first to prepare professional docu­ments in accordance with current technological guidelines and to ensure their topicality.

Training and qualification: You have a completed craft or technical training (e.g. electronics (m/w/d), mechatronics (m/w/d) or comparable). Practical experience in maintenance: You have professional experience, preferably in the maintenance of technical equipment. Technical understanding: You bring a pronounced understanding of manufacturing techniques and processes. Pneumatics and hydraulics: You have basic knowledge in pneumatics and hydraulics. Control and drive technology: You are familiar with control and drive technology (e.g. Siemens); Know-how in PLC controls is advantageous. IT-Skills: You are sure to deal with the current MS Office applications. Languages: You have very good knowledge of German in word and writing; good English is desirable.
