You take over the branch's own and profit-based management with a focus on the national and international forwarding business Personnel management itself is a central management task Actively support sales in large-scale customer support and secure the growth of your branch Optimization and control of local transport is also part of your varied activities You take on budget creation and responsibility Working closely with the operating and central controlling Proactively analyze the processes and carry out continuous improvement

You have completed a degree in the field of transport and logistics or can demonstrate a comparable qualification You bring several years of professional experience in the full management of a freight forwarding As a forwarding expert, you have already collected well-founded piece goods/LTL/FTL experience in a leadership position You realized that the employee should be in the first place – so you understand motivating and managing your team due to your experience in personnel management and development You bring a high service and sales orientation as well as a pronounced cost understanding with You have the DRIVE for challenges - You like to name things and think in solutions instead of in problems Good knowledge of English is advantageous
