Strategic Buyer (m/f/d)

As an all-rounder, you are primarily supporting us in strategic purchasing for technical product groups (mechanics and electronics) as well as indirect goods and services. You are also involved in our operational procurement processes.

You will set up tenders and enquiries in cooperation with internal interfaces and accompany the entire process up to the award – using standardized procedures and methods. You meet the selection of suppliers and participate in the further development of supplier relationships and the auditing of suppliers, using evaluation and management systems. Operativ supports your team z. in the material disposition or order processing. Your competency in the field of material management is your skill in optimizing procurement processes and improving order parameters using modern tools and AI-based analyses to reduce costs. Reporting: You regularly report to the purchasing management and exchange to pending projects.

You have an economic study with a focus on purchasing, logistics and supply chain management or a further education for the specialist purchasing and/or Important is your multiannual professional experience in strategic purchasing and material procurement, also with experience in a management consultancy, as well as your technical understanding of the product groups you care for. You have high method skills in strategic purchasing and are experienced in the execution of tenders. For occasional business trips – regionally and internationally – you bring knowledge of German and English in word and writing. When dealing with MS Office, you are as safe as with management and ERP systems, preferably MS Dynamics 365 Business Central. With an analytical view, you can look at our processes and work on optimal solutions – and you can convince by your structured working methods and communicative skills in exchange with your team.
