As a production manager in the plasma center, organize and monitor the sampling of samples for quality control and evaluate the results Creating work instructions, as well as training of non-medical staff Granting of the production release of the plasma products obtained in accordance with the applicable regulations and directives Evaluation of laboratory results You raise the anamnese and the clinical status of our donors Assessment of donor suitability and medical care of plasma donors You take care of donor safety and medical care as part of first aid measures

You bring a completed medical study and have a degree as a specialist (m/w/d) transfusion medicine Experience in transfusion medicine desirable Qualification as a qualified person according to §14 AMG or willingness to qualify good consulting skills as well as a binding and professional occurrence in donors You have a pronounced communication strength and customer orientation a competent handling of MS Office/EDV standard products complete your profile Flexibility and willingness to work in afternoon and evening hours and occasionally on Saturday
