So you ensure full transparency of performance and drive continuous improvement. Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Mathematics, or a comparable qualification Experience in product and pricing management, with a solid understanding of banking products and financial services, ideally in consumer lending and/or mortgage financing Strong skills in MS Excel and PowerPoint, along with experience in analytical tools and programming languages such as SAS, Python, or R A genuine affinity for data and numbers A structured, conceptual way of thinking paired with a strong focus on results A passion for innovation and a focus on sustainable solutions Fluency in both German and English, written and spoken
