Customer Management (B2B): You build long-term customer relationships, ensure high satisfaction and a central cutting point to the outside. Change & Transformation: You actively drive change processes and continuously develop the location.

Academic background: You have completed your studies in the field of Business Administration / BWL, Engineering, Logistics or Supply Chain Management or a comparable qualification. Leadership experience: You bring several years of experience in a leading role and have successfully managed and developed large teams. Operational excellence: You have well-founded experience in production, logistics or operating processes and know relevant KPIs. Entrepreneurial thinking: you trade proactively, recognize opportunities and consistently implement growth initiatives. Communication strength: You are convinced by clear, value-estimating communication and enthusiastic employees and business partners (m/w/d). Analytical Competence: You use data to control, recognize relationships quickly and manage sound measures.
