For Strategy, M&A & Sustainability, we are looking for a Senior Consultant Mergers & Acquisitions (w/m/d) as soon as possible which, as a strategic creator, analytical head and reliable savings-ring partner, M&A not only wants to carry out but strategically shape. Participation in the further development of the M&A strategy, the establishment and development of the Deal Pipeline Analysis of M&A projects and identification of potential target companies Creation and Plausibility of Business Plans, Financial Models, Sensivity Analysis and Implementation of Corporate Assessments for Potential Target Companies Consultation in decision-making and proactive support of operationally responsible persons in the M&A process Support in building relationships management with target companies, consultants and private equities Support in the coordinated target response Participation in national and international M&A projects – from selection and initiation to control the entire transaction process Support in the organisation, coordination and implementation of due diligence processes Support for coordination of external consulting teams and internal project teams Support and support of contract negotiations Support for Post Merger Integration (PMI) Construction and maintenance of corresponding standard documents (NDA, LOI etc.)

Master's degree in Business Administration or the like (e.g. Economics, Industrial Engineering, Business Informatics, Economic Law) or Natural Sciences Several years of professional experience in the M&A sector, e.g. in investment banks, audit firms, consulting companies, corporate M&A or private equity Extensive knowledge in the field of financial modeling as well as in company and data analysis and experience in corporate assessment Insufficient experience with due diligence processes and cooperation with external consultants Methodological knowledge found - from target analysis to closing First experience in the Post Merger integration and project management as well as in the environment of construction and construction. Construction materials industry is advantageous Very good knowledge of English and German (in word and writing) Very good MS Office skills, especially PowerPoint and Excel Flexibility and readiness to travel (international)
