Your work device is your voice and you are on the phone contact point and mediator for people and companies who have not paid their bills in due time. Our goal is to conclude payment arrangements for our customers so that You are also paid for their performance.

Negotiating skills: Whether in- or outbound, you will find fair solutions in the dialogue. And as with any good negotiation, you will notice the results in our collection system in writing. Good conscience: You are reminding of outstanding payments and pending payment appointments, thus ensuring compliance with payment agreements. Open ear: You can listen and help with questions.

Language talent: Your German is safe and you always meet the right sound. If you have another language in your repertoire, it's a real plus. Contact person: Ideally, you have already gained experience in telephony and are particularly successful in the telephone conversation. Intermediate: Even with difficult contacts, you will find a factual level and a solution that is fair for both sides. You can trust me!
