Real estate agent in property management (m/f/d)

You contribute significantly to the holistic care and management of our real estate with dedicated tenant care for real added value. Own-responsible administration: You are the central contact person for tenants in all matters relating to contracts, leases and concerns in our management team. Operational process management and control: You take care of the tendering of service providers and take over the planning until monitoring the time- and quality-oriented implementation of maintenance and renovation measures. Strategic portfolio management: Hand in hand with asset management, you implement the real estate strategy and develop measures for the long-term optimization of the properties, including the further development of leases. Asset management and cooperation with accounting: In close cooperation with the accounting team, you will check invoices, take care of receivables management and start operating expenses and business plans.
