You advise our private and commercial customers holistically, across spartens and with real added value – always with the aim of finding the best solution for each individual You actively shape annual talks, risk visits and customer acquisitions, and your expertise is fully effective You take responsibility and process customer-specific requirements independently, competent and case-closing You conduct your own inventory and negotiate confidently and at eye level with customers and insurers You coordinate the damage management with your professional know-how and ensure that customers are well looked after in every situation You actively promote the optimisation and expansion of insurance contracts and take on innovative insurance concepts and contract tenders with You always look at the market, recognize trends early and translate them into concrete recommendations for action You are proactive in exciting projects and shape their further development with passion and commitment

You have a successfully completed commercial training in the insurance sector or an economic study with a focus on insurance – and see this as a solid basis for your further career path You bring multi-annual, professional experience with you and you have a well-founded knowledge of the essential composites You work safely and routined with the common Microsoft Office applications You can communicate in German in a reliable manner – additional language skills are advantageous You convince with your strong communicative and organizational skills and live a strong customer and service orientation that really comes to our customers You are highly motivated, things go proactively and compete in every situation confidently and professionally
