As an intern for personal and managerial development (m/w/d), you take tasks within the framework of the administration and support of our training programs (including pre- and post-processing, organisational support of our training on site and management of the learning management system) Presentations, (information)materials and templates are created and designed by you You design, create and optimize web-based training for our employees and executives Support in preparation, support and further development of our feedback and development instruments (including employee talks, 360° feedback, executive conferences, transport process) is also part of your tasks In addition, you will get exciting insights into our personnel, executive and organizational development.
