To strengthen our organization & processes department, we are looking for a structured and responsible personality in real estate management and fleet management.

You are responsible for organisational processes in the field of fleet, facility and administration and ensure a structured, efficient implementation. Car park management Organization of order, admission, delivery and leasing processing

Maintenance and management of fleet data

Instruction of drivers in vehicle use and safety guidelines

Monitoring compliance with internal guidelines

Facility management Central contact person for topics related to building and infrastructure

Coordination and monitoring of reconstructions and repair measures

Examination of consumption accounts (e.g. electricity, water)

Voting with masters and external service providers

Audit of accounts

IT-related administrative activities In coordination with IT: procurement and management of hardware equipment

Processing and forwarding of fines

Audit of accounts

Completed commercial training

Multiannual professional experience, ideal for administration, facility or fleet

High level of responsibility and organisational talent

Independent, structured and reliable operation

Safe handling of MS Office

Communication strength and enforcement capability

Very good German knowledge, English knowledge of advantage

Experience in project work and handling external service providers
