Local construction monitoring and object support of complex construction measures in safety technology from contractor-sight Coverage of the basic and special performances of the performance phase 8 HOAI Technical management and control of assigned technicians and subcontractors Close coordination with the project and construction managers of the individual delivery department for hazard alarm systems Implementation of acceptances and controls and their documentation, such as the management of the building journal and regular participation in construction meetings Ensuring compliance with the relevant laws, regulations, standards and regulations in the implementation of local law ensuring quality and compliance with time, resources and costs; Documentation of missing inputs Compliance with all occupational safety-related regulations on site (consistency with the safety and health coordinator)

Successfully completed technical training (ideally master or state-tested technicians, field of electrical engineering, focus on information and communication technology) Operating experience in the construction management of advantage Professional experience in hazard management systems desirable: burglar alarm systems (EMA), fire alarm systems (BMA), access control systems (ZuKo) and video surveillance systems Expertise in VOB and basic knowledge in the field of HOAI Good knowledge of construction processes Very good German and good English skills in word and writing Certification by Landesbauordnung (LBO) / Hessischer Bauordnung (HBO) of advantage Mobility and readiness to travel to cross-site project deployment in Germany and abroad
